Shipping policy

Items purchased through our website (MANOATOA.COM) may be shipped via a variety of carriers including the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (Fedex), and DHL.

Items generally ship within 7-10 business days after an order is received.

For U.S. orders, all shipped items are issued a tracking number by the USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Customers will be emailed a tracking number when the order is ready to ship. This number indicates if a package was successfully delivered. Manoatoa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once they are shipped. However, if there is a problem, please contact us via email so we can see how we may assist you.

All items shipped from Manoatoa meet our standards of quality and are considered to be in good condition prior to shipping. Manoatoa will not honor any claims for lost or stolen items once they are shipped and have been confirmed “delivered” by the shipping carrier.

Manoatoa will ship items to the shipping address supplied by the customer at time of shopping cart checkout. Manoatoa is not responsible for items shipped to the “wrong address” if that address was provided by the customer at time of payment or checkout.
